Our Culinary Journey
At 3 Raíces Steakhouse & Winebar, our journey began with a passion for culinary excellence and a desire to bring a unique dining experience to Alcalá de Tenerife. Founded by three friends with diverse backgrounds, the story of 3 Raíces is a rich blend of cultures and experiences.
Agata, originally from Poland, started her fine dining career on Caribbean and U.S. cruises. After living in Mexico and Ireland, she chose to settle in Tenerife. While managing a restaurant, she met Fabrizio, a waiter from Bergamo in northern Italy. Fabrizio had come to Tenerife with his friend Michele, who, after his experience in San Diego, California, had fallen in love with Alcalá's sun and surf.
Together, with their unique backgrounds and experiences, they decided to pursue their dream of opening their own restaurant: 3 Raíces Steakhouse & Winebar. Infused with Italian and Polish influences and a deep respect for the local community, they have created a place where every meal is a celebration of flavor and quality.
Our commitment to sourcing the best ingredients, from premium cuts of meat to fresh, locally grown produce, ensures that every dish on our menu is crafted to perfection. Our carefully curated wine selection features both local Canary wines and renowned international labels, offering a diverse range of choices for every palate.
