In 3 Raíces Steakhouse & Wine Bar Our journey began with a passion for culinary excellence and the desire to offer a unique gastronomic experience in Alcalá de Tenerife. Founded by three friends from diverse backgrounds, 3 Raíces's story is a rich blend of cultures and experiences.
Agata, originally from Poland, began her career in haute cuisine on cruises in the Caribbean and the United States. After living in Mexico and Ireland, she decided to settle in Tenerife. While managing a restaurant, she met Fabrizio, a waiter from Bergamo, in northern Italy. Fabrizio had come to Tenerife with his friend Michele, who, after his experience in San Diego, California, had fallen in love with the sun and surf of Alcalá.
Together, with their unique backgrounds and experiences, they decided to pursue their dream of opening their own restaurant: 3 Raíces Steakhouse & Winebar. With Italian and Polish influences and a deep respect for the local community, they have created a place where every meal is a celebration of flavor and quality.
